Please read below the terms and conditions for refunds. By purchasing a NinjaTrader Add-Ons/Software from MZpack, you explicitly agree with this refund policy.
DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY
The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable. Each product (except MZpack API) provides a free trial to let you fully evaluate it before you make a purchase decision. Each product has additional resources such as pdf User Guide, textual description, KB articles, image previews, video materials, and workspaces available to help you better understand how it works and if it will fit your needs. If a product doesn’t have trial version (MZpack API), there are code samples and API Documentation.
Please use the free trial version to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. If the product doesn’t have a trial, read it’s detail page carefully including User Guide available publicly on product detail page, and provided code samples. In case of further questions, please contact us prior to purchase.
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will be able to download the file(s) in your personal account at MZpack site. Once you make a purchase, no refunds will be given.
After purchase, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via Helpdesk. Helpdesk is available for existing customers and is accessible from your personal account at MZpack Helpdesk. It’s the official channel for delivering proper support.
If you discover an issue that has substantially diminished your enjoyment of our software, please issue a support ticket describing the issue so that we can assist you in resolving any problem that you may have experienced.
The next purchase of the product for the same version of NinjaTrader makes previous purchases non-refundable.
In rare cases, we may agree to switch an accidentally purchased product with another product from our shop. In such cases the latter one becomes non-refundable.
No refunds shall be given on grounds of “we changed our mind“. You have to prove that the product does not work as expected and assist us in checking the issue for you before requesting a refund.
You cannot request a refund based on code quality review. We put efforts in delivering quality software and regularly check it’s compatibility with the current versions of NinjaTrader and/or other platforms where our software runs. Still, you have to accept our code practices even if they don’t correlate with your own.
You cannot request a refund based on errors in 3rd party software (NinjaTrader, 3rd party add-ons for NinjaTrader, VPS/virtualization software).
Our products are obfuscated and copy protected. These are related to licensing only and have no impact on how modules work/function. The only thing that obfuscated code and license checking system do is to handle licensing and protect our intellectual properties. No refunds shall be given due to the lack or presence of such obfuscated code in our products and/or outage of the licensing server.
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.
Recurrent payments for a subscription can’t be refunded. Сancel your subscription if you no longer want to be subscribed and pay for it.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
