FootprintAction v1.3

Added Trading Instrument option (see Position category). For example, run the strategy on ES futures but trade on MES futures.
Added ‘Strategy – Trading: ON’ parameter. When disabled, start your trading after clicking ‘Trading’ button on control panel

API

Added MZpackStrategyBase.TradingDataSeriesIndex property for multi-dataseries strategies. See MultiDataSeriesAdvancedStrategy sample.
